Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving substantial and sustained revenue growth. As part of the sales team, this individual will close significant accounts and set a benchmark for building a high-performing mid-market sales engine. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing effective sales processes to guide customers through Discovery, Scoping, and Closing stages.
- Building a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Providing insightful feedback to enhance our sales strategies and product offerings.
- Achieving monthly sales targets, with a focus on closing high-value customers.
- Conducting experiments to improve closing rates, utilizing data to enhance performance metrics.
- Collaborating with product teams to relay customer insights and identify necessary product enhancements.
- Consistently meeting quarterly and annual sales goals while ensuring accurate forecasting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in closing complex software sales to mid-market clients.
- Proven track record of identifying and securing valuable customers.
- Experience in selling innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and adept at structuring deals.
- Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- A degree in Business or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
