Job Overview

Fay is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales leader to build our Direct to Employer business. As a key member of our team, you will work with various organizations to expand access to nutrition services from Fay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deals direct to employers, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Fay's Enterprise sales playbook and processes.
  • Meet or exceed regional quarterly and annual deal targets, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and collaboration with other channels.
