Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting & Systems plays a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing financial systems that underpin accounting, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of the OneStream EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tool, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability.
  • Manage master data to ensure consistency across financial systems.
  • Conduct data load tie-outs and reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Develop and distribute centralized reporting solutions tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with various business units to gather reporting requirements and streamline reporting processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on system functionalities and enhancements.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive financial information and manage user access according to established protocols.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of templates for budgeting and forecasting scenarios.
  • Act as a liaison with IT Services to ensure proper system configuration and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems, along with a minimum of five years of experience in system administration, preferably within an EPM environment or a related finance/accounting role.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $105,000 - $113,000, with eligibility for bonuses based on the level offered. Tolmar emphasizes equitable pay practices and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
