Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital member of our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will be based at our corporate headquarters, where teamwork and collaboration are paramount, and in-person engagement is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist leadership in comprehending business dynamics and enhancing decision-making through comprehensive data collection, analysis, and presentation.
  • Contribute to improving business operations by diagnosing intricate issues and spearheading projects for effective solutions.
  • Ensure seamless financial operations through meticulous execution of month-end accounting and financial processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning, including oversight of Corporate Treasury and debt management.
  • Prepare quarterly operational and financial reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Encourage continuous improvement within the team by adopting new skills, tools, and innovative perspectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with a strong grasp of financial principles, processes, and modeling best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in developing complex financial models.
  • Desirable skills include experience in presenting to senior management, strong financial writing capabilities, and familiarity with financial systems.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Python is advantageous.
