In collaboration with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, the selected candidate will assume a pivotal role in managing group controlling and reporting responsibilities for Acre Security.


The Financial Planning Analyst will act as a vital link between the FP&A and Accounting departments, serving as a business partner for Operations.


This role will facilitate the financial transformation from a conventional "make, sell, and ship" model to a comprehensive business operation that integrates legacy practices with innovative XaaS service elements. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach in their areas of responsibility.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting in-depth analyses of business performance, collaborating closely with the FP&A manager to convey the implications of financial data and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Providing essential insights into material cost trends, identifying product, supplier, and pricing dynamics that influence financial outcomes, while monitoring the interconnections between business decisions and profitability trends (including simulation and scenario planning).
  • Assisting in the periodic inventory valuation process and coordinating strategies with Operations to mitigate inventory obsolescence.
  • Supporting quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, ensuring the accuracy of all financial and non-financial inputs.
  • Collaborating as a finance business partner with designated departments to budget, forecast, and oversee expenditures.
  • Contributing to the analysis and commentary on financial results and company performance, performing variance analysis, and preparing periodic business review presentations.
