Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant to join our team. As a Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for providing accounting services, including preparation and processing of transactions and financial statements with supporting schedules and work papers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Processing and Bank Reconciliations: Ensure accurate and timely processing of cash transactions and reconcile bank statements.
  • Record Journal Entries: Prepare and record journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions.
  • Maintain General Ledger: Ensure the general ledger is accurate and up-to-date, and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and Set Up Workpapers and Checklists: Prepare and set up workpapers and checklists to support financial statement preparation.
  • Prepare Financial Statements and Footnotes: Prepare financial statements and footnotes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare Partner Capital Account Information: Prepare partner capital account information to ensure accurate tracking of partner capital.
  • Investor Capital Call/Distribution Processing: Process investor capital calls and distributions to ensure accurate tracking of investor capital.
  • Liaise with Client's Independent Auditors: Liaise with the client's independent auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
Work Arrangement

Gen II Fund Services, LLC offers a hybrid work arrangement, with two days per week in the office and three days per week remotely.
