Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Micro Precision. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive and senior management team, handling a variety of tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our executive and senior management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our executives and senior management team.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of regular reports and analyses, including data entry and data analysis.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel; excellent time management and organizational skills; attention to detail and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
