* Provide administrative support to our executive and senior management team
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
* Develop and implement efficient office systems and procedures
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
