Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MicroPrecision inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our division manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Organize and schedule field service activities with the division manager
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain a filing system and order office supplies
  • Research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists and book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior management to handle requests and queries from customers and other divisions
Requirements
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
