Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans, collaborating with the marketing team, and monitoring market trends to identify potential areas for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our market presence.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for pets and knowledge of the pet industry is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
