About The Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the tobacco and C-Store products industry, as well as a strong understanding of sales duties and responsibilities.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, sourcing new sales opportunities, and closing sales to achieve quotas.

You will also play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and managing sales of products and services.

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, with uncapped monthly commissions and a car allowance.

In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including 401K with match, vision, dental, multiple medical plan options, Aflac, and company-provided life insurance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching sales competition and developing effective sales strategies
  • Evaluating customer needs and building productive long-lasting relationships
  • Generating and following through on sales leads
  • Maintaining and expanding client database within assigned territory

Requirements include:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
  • Familiarity with tobacco products and sales duties
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
