Insurance Account Executive

Helen Onwuzulike - State Farm Agent is seeking a dynamic and career-focused professional to enhance our customer engagement in the insurance sector. As a vital member of our agency, you will foster and cultivate customer relationships within the community to advocate for our comprehensive range of insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients about various insurance alternatives.
- Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Simple IRA plan
- Hourly compensation complemented by commission and bonuses

- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach
- Self-driven and motivated
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Competence in learning and utilizing computer systems
- Commitment to accuracy and timely completion of tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong relational skills with customers
- Bilingual candidates, particularly in Spanish, are preferred
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
