Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about various insurance solutions.
- Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Simple IRA plan
