Key Responsibilities:


Address homeowner inquiries promptly, efficiently, and professionally, particularly concerning production or warranty-related repairs (via phone, email, or text).

Conduct follow-up communications with homeowners and the production team to ensure project completion.

Engage in GuildQuality Survey evaluations and follow up with homeowners and internal teams to enhance survey participation and satisfaction metrics.

Schedule quality assurance inspections adhering to company protocols.
Maintain the Customer Care database and/or IT systems with relevant scheduling information, service providers, and other necessary details.
Coordinate and arrange for technicians to execute required Customer Care repairs in clients' homes. Generate and confirm precise schedules for Customer Care requests.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, collaborating with the production team on potential improvements. Identify opportunities to benchmark and share best practices across divisions and departments.

Note: This is not a hybrid or remote position.
