Key Responsibilities:


Address homeowner inquiries promptly and professionally, particularly those related to production or warranty repairs (communication may occur via phone, email, or text).

Conduct follow-up communications with homeowners and the production team to confirm project completion.

Engage in GuildQuality Survey evaluations and follow up with homeowners and internal teams to enhance survey participation and satisfaction metrics.

Schedule quality control inspections in accordance with company standards.
Maintain the Customer Care database and/or IT systems with relevant scheduling information, service providers, and other necessary details.
Coordinate and arrange for technicians to carry out essential Customer Care repairs within homeowners' residences. Create and verify accurate schedules for Customer Care requests.
Monitor industry trends and collaborate with the production team on potential improvements. Identify opportunities to benchmark and share best practices across divisions and departments.

Note: This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Salary Range:
USD $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
