SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Aveanna Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting AveannaCare users, including participants, clients, care providers, and reimbursement recipients, while ensuring the smooth functioning of AveannaCare operations.
This position involves assisting users through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold Aveanna's Core Values in all interactions.
- Manage and respond to incoming inquiries effectively.
- Oversee and verify attendance and punch entries within AveannaCare.
- Maintain and update Employee and Client Service Accounts in the AveannaCare system.
- Generate reports and process data imports as necessary, including in a SQL reporting environment.
- Adhere to payroll and billing deadlines and requirements.
- Coordinate follow-ups with regional centers, families, and care providers as required.
- Complete Special Incident Reports (SIRs) and ensure compliance with Regional Center guidelines.
- Address and resolve payroll and punch discrepancies.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to AveannaCare.
- Utilize professional communication and conflict resolution skills as needed.
- Evaluate data-related issues and provide feedback to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree, though not mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of experience in payroll and/or customer service within the last four years.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and the capacity to learn Aveanna's proprietary software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently; strong organizational skills.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
As a provider of services funded by Medicare and Medicaid, compliance with all health-related requirements in relevant jurisdictions, including necessary vaccinations and testing, is mandatory, with allowances for medical or religious exemptions as applicable.
