We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join our Pet Parent Relations team. This team is pivotal in connecting with our esteemed customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, online reviews, live chat, and social media. The role is essential in enhancing the experiences of both pets and their owners by educating them about our exceptional products and addressing their concerns to foster customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and work diligently to build a positive rapport with each customer.
  2. Stay well-informed about product offerings and company policies to ensure accurate communication with pet parents.
  3. Handle incoming calls from pet parents, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
  4. Draft and respond to emails from pet parents effectively.
  5. Maintain and update customer information in the service database during and after each interaction.
  6. Take ownership of follow-ups with customers until their questions are fully addressed or issues are resolved.
  7. Organize and format customer data into databases or spreadsheets for documentation and distribution of letters and product vouchers.
  8. Coordinate the creation and shipment of product baskets to pet parents, partners, and influencers.
  9. Assist in responding to pet parents through online product reviews, live chat, and social media interactions.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Location: Amarillo, TX

Basic Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Customer Service, Communications, or Sales.
