The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our target market.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales approach remains competitive and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs and training initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to ensure accurate revenue projections.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the telecom industry and its competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
