We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Digital Sales to join our team at Townsquare Ignite. Key Responsibilities- Lead digital sales efforts across multiple regions, collaborating with sales teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that leverage our digital assets.
- Drive digital revenue growth, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of assigned digital budgets within designated regions/markets.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decision-making and sales initiatives.
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance market competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in digital sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and media sales, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and embracing new opportunities.
- Previous experience in the media industry, particularly in radio and digital media, is highly desirable.
- Competitive base plus uncapped commission plan.
