About the Role

Nexus Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Sales Professional to join our team in the landscaping sector. As a Specialist Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our customers, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our suppliers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Consultation and Support: Provide expert advice and support to our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Conduct negotiations and sales talks with customers, creating and processing offers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Conduct purchasing negotiations with suppliers and service providers, introducing new products and services to drive business growth.
  • Assortment Management: Manage the assortment of products in the landscaping sector, ensuring that our customers have access to the latest and most relevant products.
  • Event Organization: Organize and implement customer events, such as product launches and training sessions, to build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Team Support: Provide active support to the industrial field sales force, working collaboratively to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Commercial Training or Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable, industry-related qualification.
  • Industry Experience: Professional experience in retail or building materials wholesale is advantageous, but we are also open to beginners who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
  • Business Acumen: Good understanding of numbers and product knowledge, with a strong focus on business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Communication and Team Skills: Good communication and team skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
  • Customer Orientation: A strong customer orientation, enthusiasm for sales, and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
