As an Insurance Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to market, sell, and service our diverse range of insurance offerings to both existing clients and prospective customers. Your mission will be to assist individuals, families, and small enterprises in safeguarding their futures and ensuring they have the appropriate coverage. Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through leads and referrals.
  • Generate and present insurance quotes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain a license is essential.
  • Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to build relationships from the ground up.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and phone etiquette.
