We are in search of an external sales professional to discover new target clients and enhance relationships with existing customers to meet sales objectives.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused sales expert who can effectively prospect, present, and finalize agreements. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Prospective New Clients (PNCs) through various channels including in-person meetings, phone calls, and video conferences to provide clarity on their situations, educate them about their options under the guidance of an attorney, and assist them in making informed decisions for their future and for the firm to fulfill the PNC's objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in our case management system documenting all interactions with each PNC before, during, and after consultations, including all follow-up attempts.
  • Position our firm as the clear leader in our industry through competitive analysis and awareness of product trends.
  • Efficiently manage your sales leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline while continuously introducing new target clients into the funnel.
  • Utilize social prospecting and various communication methods to identify, meet with, and follow up with potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed the monthly targets for new business sales and lead generation activities.
  • Conclude sales by creating, presenting, and negotiating tailored solutions for your prospects.
  • Initiate proactive outreach through cold calling and emailing to potential clients, arrange in-person sales meetings, and respond to client inquiries for information.

Qualifications

  • A passion for engaging with prospects, delivering presentations, closing sales, and requesting referrals.
  • Preferred minimum of 2+ years of experience in external sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; familiarity with industry or product knowledge is advantageous.
  • A consistent track record of high performance in sales.
  • Motivated by deadlines and details to provide outstanding customer service to prospects, clients, and team members alike.
