Core Responsibilities

Achieve established business production targets.

Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.

Process requests for policy changes from customers.

Manage incoming claims inquiries and provide follow-up support.

Document all customer interactions in the system.

Welcome all customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Facilitate premium payments from clients.

Encourage referrals and explain the referral program.

Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling.

Verify and update customer contact information during interactions.

Answer incoming calls promptly.

Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.

Engage in prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.

Provide exceptional service and ongoing support to clients.

Collect and input prospect information into the quoting system.


Qualifications

A genuine eagerness to learn and adapt, along with being resourceful and coachable.

A positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and follow through on commitments.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

A collaborative team player with a constructive attitude.

Preferred: Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Preferred: Life & Health Insurance License.
