Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to take on the role of a Full-Time Account Manager at Michelle Early Farmers Insurance. This position is crucial for fostering strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing and expanding our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business production targets and objectives.
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Process requests for policy changes from customers.
- Collect all necessary documentation from clients.
- Address incoming claims inquiries and provide follow-up support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all clients entering the office.
- Handle premium payments and encourage referrals by explaining our referral program.
- Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling additional financial products.
- Verify and update customer contact information during interactions.
- Respond to incoming calls promptly and return messages in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with new products and services.
- Prospect for new business through leads and referrals.
- Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.

Qualifications

- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to build relationships from scratch.
- Proficiency in multitasking and following through on commitments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a professional demeanor and phone etiquette.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A valid Life & Health Insurance license is required.
