Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer calls, addressing inquiries and issues while documenting and following up as necessary.
• Resolve or escalate concerns raised by Sales Representatives effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in online reporting systems as required.
• Utilize internal databases to research customer accounts and histories.
• Communicate with customers via phone to provide information regarding products and services.
• Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions taken.
• Ensure consistent follow-up to confirm resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficiency in Excel is highly preferred.
