Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
Process requests for policy changes from customers.
Manage incoming claims inquiries from clients and ensure timely follow-up.
Secure all necessary documentation from clients.
Complete requests for Evidence of Insurance.
Document each interaction with clients in the designated system.
Greet all clients entering the office warmly and assist them promptly.
Process premium payments from clients.
Encourage referrals from each client and explain the referral program.
Utilize each client interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling additional financial products.
Verify and update client contact information during each interaction.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.
Engage in prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.
Provide exceptional service and support to insurance clients.
Collect and enter prospect information into quote sheets.
Offer ongoing support to insurance clients as required.
