Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Identify and generate new business through leads and referrals.
- Provide accurate insurance quotes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Establish strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not mandatory; candidates must be willing to obtain one.
- Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and be open to coaching.
- Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and upbeat demeanor.
- Ability to build relationships from scratch.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
