Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Identify and generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Establish strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Qualifications
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not mandatory; candidates must be willing to obtain one.
  • Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and be open to coaching.
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and upbeat demeanor.
  • Ability to build relationships from scratch.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
