POSITION OVERVIEW:

HHS Technology Group is eager to welcome an Agile Project Coordinator to our Professional Services team. This pivotal role will engage with our esteemed clients and oversee the timely and budget-compliant delivery of intricate web-based solutions, adhering to HHS Technology Group and State Government standards, protocols, and contractual obligations.

This esteemed Project Coordinator will manage the daily operations of the project, acting as the primary liaison for project-related inquiries and collaborating with other contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the team to ensure peak efficiency, often in a geographically dispersed environment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive work plans while promoting a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Agile methodology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee strategic alignment, integration, and transparency while managing project scope and continuously assessing iterations and change management.
  • Facilitate collaboration, consensus, and decision-making among State Government client stakeholders and executive management, while clearly communicating expectations to the technical team.
  • Proactively identify and escalate project issues, risks, and necessary actions.
  • Oversee and manage project financials, including budgets, project codes, and invoicing.
  • Work alongside the client project manager to ensure clarity on all project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the contract manager, overseeing contract-related tasks.
  • Enhance client relationships, identify opportunities for added value, and foster organic account growth.
  • Encourage the adoption of Agile practices and promote a culture of knowledge sharing through regular team contributions and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering business value through technology solutions.
  • 5+ years in a client-facing role within system integration, particularly in large-scale, transformational projects.
  • Experience throughout all phases of the system development life cycle.
  • 5+ years managing enterprise-wide deployments and operations from initiation to implementation.
  • 4+ years overseeing multi-vendor projects, including scope, schedules, quality, change management, and financials.
  • Proficient in project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, ALM tools, Jira, and CA Rally.
  • 2+ years of experience with Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT) and related certification efforts.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid Transformation Initiative and related standards.

Education and Certifications:

A four-year degree in a relevant field, along with at least five (5) years of experience. Alternatively, seven (7) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent is preferred.
