Position Summary: The Implementation Project Manager I – HE Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting various projects and activities that span multiple departments and are often regulatory, operational, or strategic in nature. This role includes assisting with partner implementations, defining project requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the project development process, collaborating with internal managers and supervisors, and effectively communicating to escalate issues as needed.
  • Employ a holistic analysis to pinpoint efficiencies, opportunities, and strategies that enhance departmental scope, expand the customer base, and/or broaden the product offering.
  • Support management in organizing tasks, time, resources, and personnel to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Strategically plan and organize work by setting priorities and adjusting schedules to adapt to unforeseen changes or assignments.
  • Maintain thorough and professional documentation of all communications, action plans, processes, issues, and challenges.
  • Coordinate, lead, and participate in project meetings and other relevant gatherings as required.
  • Conduct requirements assessments and configure system setups as necessary.
  • Facilitate online training sessions with institutions, covering all aspects of the products being implemented.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process efficiencies during projects or reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of workflows, processes, and procedures for new products or services.
  • Aid in the preparation of internal and customer-facing documentation, including user guides, training manuals, and communication templates.
  • Understand customer implementation needs, advocate for their priorities, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $52,000-$55,000.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a systems analyst or software implementation role.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML, and XML is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) is essential.
