Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Unalakleet Investments, LLC. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate site surveys, inspections, and reviews of inspection reports to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Assist Field Operations by providing support to construction teams and ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
  • Approve Expenses and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Resolve Day-to-Day Issues and provide guidance to construction teams on project-related matters.
  • Prepare Summary Reports to provide stakeholders with updates on project progress and performance.
  • Coordinate Subcontractor Scheduling and ensure that all subcontractors are aware of project timelines and requirements.
  • Directly Supervise construction workers and ensure that they are aware of project specifications and safety protocols.
  • Monitor Productivity and quality of work performed by construction teams.
  • Supervise Para-Professional Staff and provide guidance on project-related matters.
  • Contribute to Process Development and ensure that all processes and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Requirements
  • Typically Requires a high school diploma and 5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
  • 1 to 3 Years Supervisory Experience required.
  • Knowledge of Function and Department Processes required.
