Job Summary

ICF is seeking a highly skilled Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) Coordinator to provide project management and oversight to a team of Grantee Specialists and Early Childhood Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality training and technical assistance to Head Start and Early Head Start programs, ensuring they meet or exceed national performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality T/TA services.
  • Manage and coordinate regional T/TA services, ensuring timely communication and resolution of quality concerns and issues.
  • Develop and implement a yearly TA plan for recipients, ensuring implementation of all OHS/RO priorities.
  • Supervise the ECE Manager, Grantee Specialist Manager, System Specialist, and Administrative Assistant.
  • Develop progress reports, goals, and quality improvement plans to ensure high-quality services are being provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, education leadership, or administration.
  • 7+ years of experience in training and technical assistance, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Expertise in budget oversight, management, and project quality control.
  • Experience working in close collaboration with multiple entities.
  • Experience analyzing, aggregating, and presenting data.
  • Experience communicating, both orally and in writing, to various audiences.
