Job Summary
The Planned Parenthood of Montana Team is seeking a dedicated individual to work as a team to deliver high-quality healthcare, education, and advocacy to the community. As a Clinical Assistant, you will be the initial contact with our patients, representing our commitment to excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include front desk reception, insurance verification, payment processing, primary lab duties, assisting with procedures, patient education, and administrative tasks that support an efficient, patient-focused clinic environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and experience with healthcare software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Reproductive health care experience and knowledge of related laws and regulations
- Experience working with insurance and payment processing systems
- Bilingual language skills and ability to communicate with diverse populations
