Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team at The Scotts Company Llc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive business results
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement succession planning strategies
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
