Onsite Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager to join our Total Talent Solutions team. The successful candidate will work at the client site(s) as the focal point for all talent staffing program operations.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure effective execution of client-specific account plans and overall daily and consistent account operations management at one or more client locations.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain good relationships at all levels of the client's organization and deliver exceptional service by managing all client service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality.
- Manage supplier partners, including VMS administration of new requisition requests, tracking hiring KPIs, reviewing supplier performance, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Partner with suppliers to ensure effective execution of recruiting strategies that deliver the applicant flow and hiring results to meet and exceed fill rate and on-time fill rate goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contingent worker inquiries, concerns, and service issues, facilitating proactive and positive resolution.
- Facilitate and conduct new hire orientations, including communicating client performance expectations, and schedule and administer onsite plant tours for potential candidates from all suppliers.
