Job Title: Client Services Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team at Chicago Financial Search, Inc. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new trading accounts, conducting KYC/AML reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new trading accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Conduct thorough KYC/AML reviews, including credit reports and regulatory background checks, to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Utilize due diligence background check tools to verify client information and ensure accuracy.
  • Review and understand complex account structures, including trusts, corporations, and funds, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all account setup and management activities are conducted in accordance with SEC and FINRA regulations.
  • Support compliance reporting and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on account opening and onboarding, background and credit checks, and compliance.
  • Expert knowledge of industry rules and regulations, with a strong focus on KYC/AML regulations, FinCen, and OFAC regulations.
  • Experience with back-office systems and a strong understanding of account structures.
  • Knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulations is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
