As a Property Leasing Consultant, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on our communities and residents by delivering an outstanding first impression of our properties and amenities. This role is essential as it serves as the primary liaison for our valued residents and prospective tenants. Our Leasing Consultants are passionate about providing top-notch resident service and addressing all needs while fostering positive resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with prospective residents to assess their needs and assist them in finding their ideal home.
  • Evaluating and approving qualified applicants in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and local laws; preparing leases and related move-in documentation.
  • Preparing the property for daily showings, including managing model units and amenities.
  • Overseeing the new resident move-in process to ensure a seamless transition into the community.
  • Delivering exceptional resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, and professional interactions.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, typing, and phone management.
  • Participating in resident events and activities as needed.
  • Following up with leasing inquiries and entering traffic into the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Innovation: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service while developing innovative solutions to enhance leasing activities.

  • Servant Leadership: A commitment to serving others by actively listening to their needs, resolving issues promptly, and taking action.
Essential Skills:
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt swiftly to changes.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with office equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
  • Background in Customer Service or Sales.
  • Familiarity with Yardi property management software.
