Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated leasing specialist who excels in sales, marketing, and customer service while fostering positive relationships within our multi-family community. The role requires adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance with Federal and State regulations.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience in multi-family leasing or a related field. A solid understanding of leasing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and exceptional time management skills are essential. Attention to detail and proficiency in the English language are also required.
