Position Overview:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Coordinator to support the Chief Commercial Officer. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operational processes and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and manage agendas for department-specific meetings and presentations, ensuring timely follow-ups on critical matters.
- Collaborate with international teams across Europe and Asia-Pacific to manage projects and facilitate communication.
- Organize and oversee all national and international travel logistics, including expense reporting.
- Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations, utilizing strong design skills to improve existing materials.
- Engage with various departments to efficiently execute special projects and assignments.
- Maintain a proactive approach to anticipate needs, establish contingency plans, and minimize risks for the global commercial organization.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- At least 6 years of prior administrative experience supporting VP-level executives is essential.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint is necessary, with a creative eye for presentation improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, are required.
- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and high standards of professionalism are crucial.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact is essential.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 15% of the time is required.
