Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Syntagma Group. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of our organization by providing administrative assistance, managing purchase orders, and coordinating rewards programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order Management:
    • Create, review, and process purchase orders for various departments.
    • Monitor and track purchase orders, resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and related documents.
  • Rewards Program Administration:
    • Manage company rewards programs, track participation, and communicate with employees and customers.
  • General Administrative Duties:
    • Provide administrative support to various departments, manage calendars, and assist with event planning.
    • Respond to inquiries, maintain office supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Data Entry and Reporting:
    • Perform data entry tasks, maintain databases, and generate reports to support business operations.
  • Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
    • Communicate with vendors and resolve any issues related to orders or services.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
