Key Responsibilities- Patient Interaction: Provide warm and welcoming interactions with patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and communication with patients and staff.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of patient information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goal of providing outstanding patient service.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned, including medical records management and other clerical duties.
- A High School Degree or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of medical or healthcare-related experience or equivalent in a customer service or front desk/receptionist position.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail.
- Epic experience a plus.
