About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Psychologist to join our team at the CIA. As a key member of our consulting environment, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and design, conduct, and report applied research to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit client needs and develop effective research methodologies to address them
  • Design and conduct applied research studies to inform organizational decisions
  • Analyze and report research findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement research-based solutions
Requirements
  • High proficiency in statistical computing, data management programming, and coding logic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good writing and verbal presentation skills
  • Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in data management software, particularly in R
  • Experience in research methodology and experimental design
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and test validation
  • Education: Ph.D. in applied behavioral science research, research methodology, and statistics
