Part-time Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Part-time Outpatient Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Signet Health Corporation. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services team, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals in need of mental health support.
About the Role
This Part-time Therapist position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services. Your expertise will be utilized to provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as support the Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
Responsibilities
As a Part-time Outpatient Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing therapeutic services to patients in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of clinical services and assessments.
- Participating in regular team meetings and supervision to maintain operational and administrative functions.
- Attending company-provided trainings to maintain licensure and professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A District of Columbia Psychologist, LICSW, or LPC license.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a community mental health setting.
- Experience with group therapy and accessing local community resources.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
