About the Team:
Our Account Management Team leads the way in innovation and sustainability, collaborating closely with clients to develop advanced equipment and chemical treatment solutions across various sectors.

Work Environment:
We are expanding our team in the South/Southwest Wisconsin region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Approach: Engage with clients to understand their needs and apply our technologies to address a wide range of water and process treatment challenges, prioritizing safety and environmental practices.
  • Field Engagement: This role involves active fieldwork at commercial sites, requiring hands-on involvement with equipment and chemical systems related to water treatment.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily operational meetings to align on priorities and share best practices.
  • Account Development: Collaborate across teams to enhance results and provide innovative solutions that delight our clients.
  • Recognition of Success: Celebrate achievements through our industry-standard awards, acknowledging the environmental and operational savings realized through our technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry. Relevant field experience is also acceptable.
  • Willingness to work in diverse environments, including industrial and commercial settings.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or industry operations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and technical skills are essential.
