  • Provides comprehensive accounting services, including reconciliation and financial reporting.

  • Assists in drafting proposals and articulating solutions to meet client needs.
  • Implements processes and tools to optimize workflow management.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of accounting experience is required.
  • Preferred experience includes three years in public accounting.
  • Supervisory experience of one year or more is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Actively pursuing CPA licensing is required.
  • CPA certification is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with assurance applications and research tools is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective project management capabilities.
