Key Responsibilities:

A typical day as a Financial Consultant may include:

  • Starting your day with a team meeting to discuss objectives and updates
  • Welcoming members and providing them with assistance
  • Engaging with members to understand their financial goals and educate them on available products
  • Processing account openings, loan applications, and transactions
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of all credit union offerings through ongoing training
  • Following up with members regarding new account activities
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and referral targets
  • Serving as a mentor and role model for junior staff
  • Addressing member concerns and escalations effectively

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or consultative sales
