About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Trinity Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective customers, providing top-notch service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in logistics or sales
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn new software and technologies
