Job Overview

As a key member of Tawanda Jackson - State Farm Agent's team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the community. Your primary objective will be to promote State Farm's insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance, to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach to identify and meet the insurance needs of our clients.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the agent and other team members to ensure seamless communication and a strong work ethic.
  • Professional Development: Receive valuable experience, hourly pay, commission/bonus, health benefits, profit sharing, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Possess sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrate a successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Show enthusiasm for the role insurance plays in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
  • Self-Motivation: Possess a self-motivated attitude, with a focus on detail and teamwork.
  • Licensing: Be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
