About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Investment Accounting to join our team. As a key member of our Fund Administration business, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely accounting services. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing client relationships, reviewing financial reports, and providing technical accounting knowledge to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting: Review daily, monthly, and quarterly reports and working papers, including cash and position reconciliations, expense accruals, and financial statements.
- Operations: Oversee client relationships, inquiries, and meetings; interact with senior management and clients; review procedures and recommend solutions to improve efficiencies.
- Team Management: Review team member work, provide feedback for improvement, and monitor team performance to meet client service level agreements and financial targets.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Professional accounting designation required.
- 5+ years of public or private accounting experience, with a focus on real estate and/or private equity.
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
