Your Role:

We are in search of a knowledgeable and proficient Risk Management Consultant to enhance our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional services to our clients, which includes conducting safety training sessions and engaging in safety meetings. You will also be tasked with completing comprehensive underwriting survey reports promptly and accurately, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality safety services to our clients. Your insights will be crucial in enhancing risk attractiveness and managing loss experiences through well-founded recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and thorough completion of underwriting survey reports for underwriting teams.
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients, including employee safety training and participation in safety meetings.
  • Provide effective safety services to clients.
  • Submit well-founded recommendations aimed at improving risk attractiveness and controlling loss experiences.
  • Achieve departmental quality and quantity performance standards.
  • Conduct loss analyses and serious injury investigations, providing program-level recommendations to prevent recurrence and enhance account performance.
Additional Duties:
  • Fulfill training requirements as outlined in the career development path.
  • Maintain effective communication with various departments, clients, and producers.
  • Engage in professional and community safety initiatives.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Education:

Preferred Associate's Degree in safety and health, fire protection, science, or engineering, or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of field experience in Risk Management or Loss Control is preferred.

Service Area:

This position will cater to clients in Southern New Jersey.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $82,500 - $123,800, commensurate with experience, geographic location, education, certifications, and role responsibilities.
