Key Responsibilities
- Conducts validation and verification of sales data.
- Reviews field documentation provided by Residential/Agricultural Data Collectors for accuracy and completeness, making necessary updates. Engages in residential and agricultural data collection as needed.
- Assesses CALP models at the neighborhood level and recommends adjustments to senior analysts. Understands the impact of land characteristics on property valuation and applies parcel-level modifications as necessary.
- Recognizes the building and economic factors that affect cost and market value. Ensures consistent application of quality grading and CDU to accurately reflect value based on sales analysis. Utilizes appropriate pricing schedules to determine values for individual properties.
- Assists in addressing taxpayer inquiries and supports property valuations during informal hearings.
- Represents Tyler Technologies and our clients professionally to property owners and the public, addressing questions and concerns with courtesy.
- Travels to property sites as needed, ensuring thorough reviews are conducted.
- Provides training to Residential/Agricultural Data Collectors as required.
- Generates and updates administrative reports, maintaining personal production records as necessary.
